Fob Replacement: $200.00 Cost to replace building access key fob if lost/not returned at move-out.
Late Fee: $100.00 - $400.00 10% of one month's base rent as initial late fee charged on 4th if not paid in full; no daily charge
Pet Rent: $25.00 - $50.00 $25 per mo./per pet (max. of 2 pets); waived if service/support animal, auth. thru PetScreening
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $500.00 - $1000.00 $500 per mo./per pet (max. of 2 pets); waived if service/support animal, auth. thru PetScreening
Key Replacement: $5.00 - $100.00 Front door/mail key replacements cost $5 per key on-site; you may cut spares off-site
Unauthorized Animal Fee: $100.00 - $1000.00 Unauthorized animal violation fee; $100 initial fee, $10/day fee for each day still in violation
NSF/Returned Payment Fee: $50.00 - $1000.00 Fee for a payment returning as NSF/non-sufficient funds; $50 per occurrence
Valet Trash Violation Fine: $25.00 Fine for violation of valet trash policies; $25 fine per occurrence

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
